What I liked
I loved the lean structure of the teams I was working in. There was great exposure to senior employees (partners, managers). Autonomy was given to me on all of my projects with a culture focused on self-learning for an involved experience- there was no shortage of resources for this, and plenty of training. The work itself was very technical and rewarding, I learned how to build DCF and WACC models and got plenty of time to get familiar with research software (Bloomberg, CapIQ, Thomson ONE)
