Customer Service Associate

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service, Fulfillment & Social Media Associate to join our team. This entry-level, part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and engaging with people online. You will support day-to-day customer service operations, and assist with order fulfillment.

Duties

• Respond to customer questions via email, phone, etc.
• Assist with processing and tracking customer orders
• Coordinate with the fulfillment or warehouse team to ensure orders ship on time
• Help manage returns, exchanges, and refunds
• Assist customers with orders, shipping updates, returns, and general inquiries
• Provide friendly, professional, and timely support

Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Basic computer skills and comfort using online tools
• Positive attitude, motivated
• Ability to stay organized and manage tasks
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
