Engineering Student Internship

Are you currently enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree program looking for real world experience?

Ingredients Plus is looking to immediately fill a paid internship position at our production facility located in Lakeville, NY! This is a great opportunity to gain firsthand insight and knowledge into the world of supply chain operations and learn from leaders in the business. 

Working directly with front line workers, you will help bring the new hire training program to life by offering insight and creating meaningful content.

Your success will be measured as follows:

• Working in a production environment to learn and document standard operating procedures.
• Creating informative and engaging operating procedures that are easy to follow.
• Partnering with leadership to create process flows and training programs.
• Observing and recommending operational changes to increase efficiency.
• Working through project management steps and acting as needed.
• Attending meetings, preparing, and distributing meeting minutes.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate program in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and an eye for accuracy.
• A Passion for people and working with others.
• Ability to be bold and make independent decisions.
• Innovate thinking and experience using Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).

Compensation Range: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
