Guggenheim Securities Investment Banking Freshman Day on the Job

Thursday, April 10 & Friday, April 11 

Guggenheim Securities Investment Banking is pleased to offer first-year undergraduate students the opportunity to participate in our virtual Freshman Day on the Job program, taking place on April 10 and 11. 

The event will include an evening kick-off session on Thursday, April 10 and on Friday, April 11, day-long programming including information sessions, educational panels and networking opportunities, designed to help students learn more about a career in investment banking at Guggenheim.

Candidate Profile 

Students should demonstrate the following: 

• a strong interest in finance and accounting; 
• the ability to take ownership; 
• creative thinking; 
• strong communication skills and attention to detail; and 
• leadership skills.

Eligibility 

The Freshman Day on the Job (FDOJ) Program is open to first-year undergraduate students, graduating in December 2027 or May 2028. FDOJ is geared towards individuals who have demonstrated resilience and excellence under challenging circumstances, whether from a personal, academic, or professional perspective. Candidates must be: 

• enrolled in a four-year bachelor’s degree program; and 
• interested in investment banking.
