This is a RAISE (Rochester Area Internship Summer Experience) Program offered with an additional UR-funded $2,500 living stipend per cohort intern at each of the 10 RAISE organizations. Our Intern Program
Datto is committed to attracting, retaining, and cultivating talent. Our interns work on real-world projects, giving them the opportunity to make an impact on our business. Interns become part of our fast-growing company, get to work alongside experienced professionals, and are mentored by team leaders. This year's remote internship program will include training, an engaging new-hire orientation course, lunch and learns, and intern-specific social events. In addition, each intern will have the opportunity to network with Datto's senior leaders and to participate in any of our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Interns will work 40 hours a week Monday through Friday.
This internship will be fully remote and will run June-Aug, 2022.

A Look Inside the Job:
- Assist with filing federal, state and foreign tax returns
- Assist in gathering data for book-tax adjustments (vendors)
- Account reconciliation
- Assist with month-end financial reports
- Assist with audits
About You:
- A current college student in pursuit of a four-year Accounting or Finance degree
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of accounting functions with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables)
- Acute attention to detail
- Experience handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
