The RAISE (Rochester Area Internship Summer Experience) Program is a UR-funded pilot initiative this summer funding 10 undergraduate paid internships in the Rochester area.
A separate incentive of a $2,500 incentive will be paid to each student hired into the RAISE cohort.

RAISE Summer 2022 Internship Details:

Min. Program Length: 8wks+ (internship site dependent)
Dates: Internships held between 5/1/22 & 8/23/22
  • Specific Start & End Dates should be discussed with each site during interview process.
Min. Weekly Hours: 25 hrs/wk up to 40hrs/wk (internship site dependent)
RAISE Cohort expectations beyond internship: 3 hrs/wk for 8wks.
Program Benefits: In addition to securing a paid summer internship, 10 accepted students join a cohort community, develop a network with all participating organizations, and participate in educational, social programming, and professional programming supported by the Greene Center for Career Education and Connections.
Academic Transcript Notation: Internship credit (Free Summer Registration CAS394i class)
Program Eligibility: Current Freshman to Junior Year (2023 grads) undergraduates only
